PROGRAMME OF EVENTS:
18.45 Friday, 30th September.
An invitation to a Wine and Cheese Party with the Honorary Officers and Committee of the Study Circle in the Conference Centre. Members are encouraged to bring a guest.
10.20 Saturday, 1st October.
The Convention Day opens in the Conference Centre with a short speech of welcome by the Convention Chairman.
10.30 Bourse opens.
10.30 Informal Displays put up for inspection while the Bourse is in progress.
11.30 Refreshments in the coffee lounge (no charge)
11.45 Informal Displays will now be taken down.
11.50 Bourse closes.
11.55-12.50 A formal display by Brian Brookes – ‘St. Christopher’
12,55 Time for liquid refreshment before Luncheon.
13.30 Luncheon - Buffet Style in the Restaurant.
14.55-15.50. A formal display by Alan Becker – ‘St. Vincent’
15.55 Bourse opens.
16.00 Last Informal Displays are put up while Bourse is in progress.
17.05 Last Informal Displays will be taken down.

17.15 The Convention Day closes with a speech of farewell by the Convention Chairman.
