Bulletin No. 13. page 17: Our member - Mr. Martin M. Sternfels - draws attention to an ambiguity in his note on Bahamas Special Delivery stamps that is open to misinterpretation. It is that the 550 of the original stock of 600 remaining at the Nassau Post Office were Canadian and not the local stamps that had been overprinted.
