"The 3d. value of the Anguilla Tercentenary issue S.G.89 has a fluorescent centre and the stamp looks very fine indeed under the lamp. I have been informed that this value also exists with a fluorescent centre without the overprint. Although I have examined very many copies I have not succeeded in locating one and I shall be pleased to learn if any member possesses one in his (or her) collection".
